I am a new customer and I am trying to figure something out I have a multi-Room DVR and 2 HD set-top boxes in other rooms I am able to record shows on my DVR and watch them in the other rooms but my question is am I able to pause live TV in the rooms with the Regular HD set-Tops that and When I go into the troubleshooting for the multi-room DVR on my BOX I get a Error screen saying that multi room dvr feature requires and DVR compatible set top box to be present etc etc etc please any help on this would be great
nobody knows the answer to this simple question ?
