Still trying to get this issue resolved. FIOS app, or by web, nothing has worked. Now on the phone with Verizon support, and have been listening to music for 45 minutes. I have now add channels 408, 410, 424, 426, 428, 429, 430 to the pixellation problem that I previously thought only affected those associated with QAM 114.
Funny thing is they expect my monthly bill of >$200 to be paid in a timely fashion. Anyone have the number for the FTC or FCC?

I'd try to get a replacement box. Also replace the splitter.
