I don't believe it can be done. Those are copywrited movies and the licensing agreement Verizon has with the content provider is for streaming only. If you could store them on your PC that would be akin to buying a DVD.

"That would be akin to buying a DVD" Funny. I paid the same price as I would for a DVD to "purchase" movies from Verizon. What a bunch of {word filter avoidance} DON'T purchase movies from this company! They're screwing you over! I left verizon because they don't cover the area where I bought my new house. Now, because I'm no longer a cable customer, I've lost $600 worth of movies. It's crap. I don't care what their disclaimers are, or how they work the licensing. It's theft. Plain and simple. If I buy a 21.00 movie on DVD at Target, I can take the movie home and watch. The license belongs to me. If I buy a 21.00 movie from these {please keep your posts courteous} at Verizon, I can only watch it if I have an active account. That's akin to Target stopping you at the door and saying you can't watch your movie you just bought unless you stay and shop.
