We have been on the phone for more than 20 minutes trying to get FIOS technical support. We have two std boxes and one DVR. We don't have voice in the following channels (Sarasota, FL): 86, 88, 100, and 103 in the TV with the DVR. We have voice in those channels with the other two TVs with the std. boxes. Can someone help???????
Hopefully you have already gotten through to tech support and they resolved the issue....
if not, you can try unplugging the power from the affected box for a minute or so.. plug it back up and test it out..
If that doesn't cut it, call tech support again at 1 888 553 1555... key in your phone number, choose the option for technical support, and then say AGENT until you are transferred to a rep... they will get you fixed up
