New Programming Guide Setup

Hi, we've been updated to the new programming guide.  Somehow, I missed the opportunity to set one of our boxes to widescreen.  Is there a way to pull the initial setup up again?  I've looked the menu option and can't seem the setting.  Any help is much appreciated.  John

Menu - Settings - Video Settings - Graphics - will get you there.  But that option is only available if you have a 7xxx.  Perhaps you have a 6xxx and the only available graphics option is standard def?

Thanks - I do have that set to wide screen - but the guide is still 4:3.

I'm having the exact same problem. The weird thing is I think it's exclusive to my TV. I tried the box on another TV just as a troubleshooting measure and the guide stretched across the screen on that TV.

No idea what I can do at this point to get the Guide to be 16:9 instead of the 4:3 it is now.

TV channels work fine though - HD is in HD and SD is in SD but it's just the guide causing issues.

The problem here is that Verizon just seemed to start rolling out 1.9 (or 1.9a now) and very people have either 1.9 or 1.9a, so it's hard to offer help when we haven't had a chance to use the new software ourselves.

Is it possible that the TV set itself is incorrectly set ? just a thought.
