New Remote P265 and DVD Player

Hi, I  just received a new set-up box for my new HDTV this evening with the remote listed above.  This remote does not have the "DVD", "Aux", "TV", or "STB" buttons that's on the remote that we have with our HD set-up box in the living room.  Am I correct in assuming that the P265 remote doesn't support DVD player/recorders or other components that I would like to connect to the TV with HDMI cables?  If it doesn't, can I get the same remote that we use for our TV in the livingroom?  It's strange that this P265 doesn't support other components.

They only sell them. Fortunately they are cheap
