I replaced a settop box with a HD DVR box. I have audio on the HD channels but not the SD. I have replaced the HDMI cable, no luck. I don't know what else to try to get SD. I've called technical support and tried everything they suggested. The channels work fine on the TV, just not on the DVR box.
Any ideas? I'd like to have a new box sent and send this one back. Anyone have this problem?
