No Volume on Cable Channels

Turn Samsung 8000 TV "ON", and no volume on cable channels. Reboot top set box, and the result is normal volume is restored. Next day, turn set "ON", and no volume again on cable channels. Rebooting top set box always fixes problem, but only temporarily. Have been dealing with problem since December.

Netflix, Prime, and DVD always operate normally when TV is turned "ON". Cable box has already been replaced a number of times through tech support. No effect on problem. 😟

Turn the cable box on first and see if the problem continues. If it does, unplug power to the cable box, unplug power to the TV, unplug HDMI cable from box to TV. Plug TV back in, turn on. Plug cable box back in, turn on. Plug HDMI cable back in from box to TV.
