Why does my set top require a reboot at the most inopurtune times? I just love watching a favorite show, or more importantly a live sporting event and my service fails. It's beyond irratating. Today, it cuts out, says my channels are unavailable, then takes an hour to reboot. Then after it finally restarted, after looking at this reboot screen for an hour, my program information was unvailable for another half hour.  This was a new one. I don't know if I need a new box or what but something needs to change here. It cut out during the super bowl for crying out loud. It's unacceptable. Your customer service accesibility is beyond pathetic, aside from these forums and "live chats". I'm getting tired of paying for service that is constantly interrupted. Oh and p.s, I paid for a movie (street kings) and I couldn't even watch it due to some error in your database. I want a refund.
