On Demand movie paused for too long / won't play again - have to reorer & pay again?

Hi - please help - so annoying! We ordered a movie on demand, and it played but we had to pause it for a few minutes and then it stopped playing and went back to movie selection screen - with all movies. As if we didn't order it!

How do we "go back" to the movie?

Also, if we go to the option "Recently Viewed/Purchased" .... the movie isn't listed there!!

Do we seriously have to buy again?!?!?!  Please help.

you should still be able to watch it 24 hours from the time of purchase. Also this wasn't the preview was it?

Go to the recently viewed and see if it will re run

you dont need to worry about re-orders. Verizons billing system now will "ignore" additional orders of the same title. so if it see's the same title ordered within 24 hours of each other, it will not bill the second (or third, fourth, fifth) time. Also you can now order the vod in one room and if you want to go to a second room and watch it there too. Used to be that when you ordered a VOD it was only able to watch on the one box. but now, you can order on a second box and watch it there too at no additional cost. 

BTW this is in regards to VOD   NOT   PPV.  there is a difference
