All I can say is either you are a planted Verizon employee, or have drunk the Kool-Aid. I just got the error code again tonight for about the 8th time in 2 months. When I talk with the people at Verizon I get a "well that's just too bad for you, isn't it" kind of response. Trouble is, competition isn't much better. If I ever find a decent one, will leave Verizon in a heartbeat--won't wait for contract to end.
