P265 remote programming

Looking for guidance on if and how I can program a P265 remote to control multiple devices. The one I have was just controlling the set-top box, a Samsung SmartTV, and a Boston Acoustics sound bar (TVee 10). I just replaced the Boston unit with a Bose Solo TV sound system. How to get the P265 to control the power/volume on the Bose? Thanks!

If you've more than a STB and a TV, get a Logitech Harmony Remote.  They work great.  You can find refurbs on eBay for $40 or so; well worth it.  Model 650 is a good, all around remote that meets most people's needs.
