I first noticed the problem a few weeks away, went to watch a taped show and after a few minutes, it just kicked me out like I had hit the exit button. I hit play again, it started from the beginning instead of resuming and I fast forwarded to get caught up and at the exact location, it just exits back to live TV.
I went to 2 other TV's and had the same problem, including the actual DVR.
I also tried a few different shows and had the same problem. My wife can watch her soap opera recordings without a problem but I can't watch any Bio or History channel shows. Frustrating.
Tech support was not helpful, they wanted to reboot the router as if that has anything to do with the problem. He said he would call me back in about 15-20 minutes, that was about 3 hours ago. Caesar - still waiting....
I can't believe I'm the first person with this problem and I don't understand how Tech support would start with some silly steps instead of doing a database search on the problem to find how it has been solved.
