Could someone please contact me directly from Verizon and escalate? This has been the second tim now that I have had poeple over and tried to order a UFC event and not been able to. I cannot order online, via phone or via remote. If this issue persists I can't see myself staying once my contract expires as it is a niusance and embarrassing to host friends for a UFC party and not be able to order. This past Saturday I was placed on HOLD for 110 minutes before I just gave up. Unacceptable in my opinion and I will be attempting to escalate on my own. I cannot understand why I cannot order PPV as I was able to up until December and I can order On Demand movies. VERIZON, please just fix this, it will affect my future business with you.
