program information not available message when changing channels

hello, is anyone else getting the program infomation not available message on the box that displays at the bottom the screen when changing channels? It is also the info button on the remote. It used to show the current program.

check the internet connection on the router make sure that's not oj and make sure you don't have the router turned off.

I have the same problem over the last few weeks.  I have turned my Verizon router on and off, but to no avail.  It is on all my tv's; 4.  I can't search for a program or schedule a program because it states that the data isn't there.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had this problem too -- but I unplugged and re-plugged the A.C. cord on the set top box, and that did the trick. The "reboot" forced the information line to come back on.
