QIP 7100 2 Box and Sleep Mode.

I have a Motorola QIP 7100 2 box that keeps going into sleep mode even though the sleep mode is turned off. Is there any way to correct this short of returning the box?

The only I can suggest is to reboot the STB then go back in and check to make sure the sleep timer is set to never and see what happens.
