QIP-7100 Set Top Box

Why is the QIP-7100 STB taking up all the TCP destination ports that I need to port forward rendering port forwarding unusable for other PC applications that needs to open incoming ports such as multiplayer games?

It looks like it may be directing any traffic on Port 63145 to your STB at 92.168.1.103.

Any other available ports should be redirectable for your use.  In fact it looks like my Actiontec (Rev E) comes pre-configured for numerous multi player games and applications that may make the process easier.

The tcp any -> any makes all ports unusable by other devices because port forwarding can only forward ports to one device at a time and any means all.

I had to disable Remote DVR from the DVR and then reset the router to factory defaults to resolve the issue.  The Remote DVR service isn't working.

The issue is no longer resolved since the

192.168.1.103 192.168.1.103:63145   Verizon FiOS Service Application - TCP Any -> Any Broadband Connection (Coax) Active is back again after a while even with Remote DVR disabled.
