I have programs that I have recorded on my DVR (occasionally still recording) and when select these programs for viewing the DVR (after freezing a bit) just returns to whatever live channel happens to be on.
I have seen this problem across multiple DVRs (I have 2) and I even replaced a DVR and the problem persists.
My only option is to wait a week until the show (hopefully) appears "on demand" when I then have the privilege of watching it with commercials (FF disabled).
I am new and stuck with FIOS for 2 years, so switching back to Comcast (where I never had this problem) is not an option. Any suggestions?
