As of today I can no longer access my DVR from my PC.  For the last year I have had no problems managing my recordings this way.  I am not having any problems with the STB nor with my PC, so I was wondering if this is a problem is on Verizon's Web Site. 

When I click on  "My Settop Boxes" I instantly get the following error message: "Not able to retrive the harddisk status for the STB xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Please check the status of STB and try again later."   This message is displayed so quickly that I doubt that it could have possibly polled the box for the info.  When I click on 'refresh'  it goes into a waiting indicator state that won't end.  I unplugged the box and let it reset but it made no difference.  Any ideas anyone?
