You mean as opposed to surfing through 600 channels every time you turn the TV on or change the channel??? I guess if Oprah is your "favorite" and only show...it's ok.

IT WORKS
Router replaced (it failed on the self-diagnosis)
Tips for Favorites:
- if you replace the Router, you need to have the set-top box/dvr recorder reset by calling Service.
- you need to have OVER 2 channels picked in Favorites
- if you get a red heart icon when you hit the Farorites button go to Menu/Settings/Favorites and hit the toggle.
- you also need to have OVER 2 items also in Favorites 2 to get the dropdon list of channels to appear.
