We received our new Quatum VMS box and the 2 additional set top boxes. The main Quatum box installed perfectly. The second box also installed perfectly. But when I attempted to install the third box in our basement the connection and configuration process would not proceed and I see the following message.
Error Code 6202:
We Still detect a problem with your FiOS Router Connection. Please contact Technical Support
Any assistance would be appreciated.

What I would do is bring up the box from the basement and connect it where the other client successfully activated and try to activate it from there. If it doesn't, then my guess would be a bad box and you will need to contact Verizon to get a replacement. If it activates, leave it there, and take the already activated box down to the basement and see if it will work there. If it does, great. If it doesn't, then there is a cabling problem, could be a loose connection, a damaged cable, or a failed splitter port.
