Each night at 9:56 p.m. my set top box (a Cisco DVR) freezes for two minutes (yes, it starts back working at 9:58 p.m.). At first we thought it was an issue on TBS as that's what we are watching at 9:56 in the evening, but over the weekend the problem occurred on other channels. To our knowledge, this only happens on the DVR - that's pretty much the only unit on at that time.
I tried an online chat last night, after repeating the issue and discussing it thoroughly; the agent indicated it could only be diagnosed while the issue was happening. I should call next time it happens. I hope I can get through to an agent in the right time frame.
