I have original set top boxes. Probably over 5 years old. One of them is dead. How do I get a new set top box? u
I dont get HD on any boxes because they are so old, would a tech come out to replace all my boxes. I am disabled and probably would not be able to do the change myself

You could have Verizon replaced the dead STB or if you order VMS service they would replace all of the STBs it all depends on want you want.

You can have a tech come out and do it, however unless the equipment is failing to work which one of yours is a fee would apply for the tech service. Since one of yours is dead they should be able to send a tech out to replace any without a charge. You will have to call them to find out all of the details and scedule a tech visit.
In most cases when a box dies they send a new one out via UPS overnight and you send the old one back or if there's a fios store nearby you just go there and swap them out, but since you are disabled and those options might not be good ones for you I would call and request a tech.
