Sound Issue with Samsung TV

I was told this was a Samsung issue. I have two tvs (both Samsung) and only one (the newer one) has the sound issue. I have to reset the box 80 % of the time when I want to watch tv. Then it works. Netflix, prime, YouTube, etc all work but cable does not. Pay way too much to this happen. 

any ideas out there?
