Every couple of days when I turn on the box and TV I get "No Signal" and have to reboot the box.
Anyone else come across this? Any ideas?

Usually this is an HDMI communications problem between the STB and the TV (the HDMI handshake failed). Not a fix, but have you tried using component cables (red, green, blue RCA jacks)? Sometimes the sequence of powering on makes a difference as well.

The first question I would ask is do you have a Samsung TV. I had been experiencing this issue with my Samsung and it turned out to be a compatibility issue with the Motorola box and that brand of TV. I do not have this issue with the other HD TV I have.
The fix is to use the "component video" ..... (blue, green, red) connection.
I am not sure this addresses your issue completely, but it has worked for me

I have switched to the component cables and the problem seems to be solved.
Thanks.
BTW. the TV is a Magnavox.
