STB powed off and then stayed on "starting up..." forever when powed on again

I got the FIOS package two days ago. I powered off my STB (7100) by accident today. When I turned the power on again, it froze on the logo screen which says "Starting up... One Moment Please". I tried to reset my router and reset my STB several times. But it didn't work. It has stayed on that logo picture for hours... Any idea what is going on?

The technician came yesterday and it turned out to be bad box... He gave me a new STB box and everything is fine now.

I did this yesterday.

I know this is stupid, but make sure your coax cable is plugged into the RF in, not the RF Out port on the STB.

I did this mistake and spent 2+ hours looking at it.
