I did the VCR auto fix to recover my DVR recording list, only to have the process take out my main DVR.  Now I get nothing - and a 2+ hour wait to talk to a human at tech support.

Are others out there looking at options to move to another service with better customer service???

Now it's over 2hr 15 min.  Time to hang up.  What a waste.

Try again tomorrow during business hours. You should be able to use the chat online feature then.
