This issue has been going on for at least 2 years. Let’s start by explaining what’s truly going on.

Being a Verizon Fios customer allows you to watch FV channels that you subscribed to in your package. This allows you to watch channels such as AMC,HBO,BeIN Sports or evening ESPN from your computer web browser or from the dedicated App. This will be done by a third party sign in, using your Verizon username and password.

it doesn’t work quite well with Verizon. When I do this, I get an error message informing me that channel I am trying to watch is not present in the package I subscribe to which is of course incorrect. What seems to happen here is that the web browser and/or APP used logs in automatically with the help of Single Sign On (SSO) ans default the à Null package ( Package that doesn’t contain any channel).
A user answered this question in a different thread asking to talk to a Tech Support Rep.  But it didn’t work. After working 5 years as a Verizon Tech support, this isn’t an issue that a simple Tech Support could have resolved. This issue should be investigated by E-Center and escalated to the Dev team to fix this specific bug. I hope this has been going on because “they are not aware” of this particular issue” but it’s time someone fix this and I can finally enjoy Being Sport on my App.
