So I've always used the Subscribed Channels guide because I have Prime TV and dont get a lot of the channels in the guide when using All Channels. I never had any problems until recently. The Music Choice channels no longer show under the subscribed guide. I have to switch to All Channels guide to view them. Of course I can put the channel numbers in directly to tune to the channels but this is a pain as I don't remember all the channel numbers. How do I fix this? I've reset the boxes a few times through the Settings menu but it didn't help.
