Support for Sony Soundbar Model HT-MT300

Hi,
I spoke with the technical team months ago to see about supporting my soundbar as I'm unable to get the remote programmed to work with it.
What's the process of getting support added? The model is a Sony HT-MT300.

As the remote is static (no software updates) it is not likely to be added.
You can purchase a Harmony remote to cover any device (and is software updateable).
They can be found for $50+

Did you try to manually input your model number when programming the remote? Try using the model number for another Sony sound bar if the one you have isn't listed. They often use the same codes for a number of models.
