Has anyone else had a terrible experience with the incompetent folks on the so called telephone support. The perso I spoke to had no idea what the error message meant on the self diagnostics and tranferred me to another spot and after holding for an hour, determined that they transferred me to the guys who deal only with computers. The next day I called back and was assured the problem was resolved. All they did was reset the box and the error message is still there. They were supposed to call last night to see that the problem was resolved. They never called. Appreciate your feedback.
