There are a few things I would like any Verizon tech to pass on to the correct people. I recently received Verizon fios tv (hd dvr).
1. The guide menu is to small. Most people that have the hd dvr have wide screen tv's and the guide only takes up the middle part of the screen when it could be spread out to see more programming.
2. Remote control. You guys need to come out with a Radio Frequency remote. I have all my equipment hidden in a closet so it is not a eye sore. And I assume a lot of others do as well. I was told by the woman that sold me the fios that it was RF. But when the tech got to my house he said that was not available. This really upset me!!
3. On Screen Caller Id. Very nice feature to have.
