Since Monday my family is having a problem with switching from tivo to tv...all we get is a message to call verizon for the new digital converter box.
I spent 2 hours on Monday with telephone support and even had a tech out on Tuesday and this problem is still not solved.
We have gone through guided setup with tivo and still cannot watch basic tv while recording on tivo.
Does anyone have any suggestions???? Please Help
