Transient late night TV & Internet outage in No. VA on 2/9?

Did anyone else in the DC market experience a complete dropout of all channels early this morning? It was one of the more unusual things I've seen since becoming a FIOS customer. Every single channel went to 0 signal strength, and when they'd pop back on there was an Emergency Alert System required test that occurred 3 times in total in the space of 30-45 minutes. 


It looked like my Internet connection dropped simultaneously. Everything (TV and Internet) bounced once or twice and then came back up. 


I'm hoping this won't become a habit. One of my main reasons for leaving my previous provider was an annoying habit of regular  midnight-ish Internet service drops that were never documented on their service availability page.
