Tv constantly stuttering/freezing

- So the past few months our tv shows keep freezing/stuttering. It doesn't matter if it's live tv or a recorded show in the dvr. Sometimes it's worse than other times and it doesn't matter what channel. It makes some programs unwatchable and is infuriating. My husband and I have tried trouble shooting it every way possible at home and we are getting to the point where we will just cancel and go back to comcast. Please help verizon! I have attached a link to the video I uploaded of the issue!

Looks like an HDMI issue. Do you have another HDMI cable you can try?

What Fios box do you have? Is it going through a soundbar or receiver? Have you tried rebooting the box and the router? Have you checked ALLthe coax connections and your splitter? Do you have more than 1 TV and box, and does it do it on all TVs if you do?
