Just upgraded tv package, no technical issues but I have a message in the center of my screen that says to contact verizon so that they can resolve a matter with my account and discuss alt fios options. Anyone know whats up with this?

try rebooting the stb. just unplug and wait 20 seconds and then plug back in.
I get that message every so often and rebooting the stb always seems to take care of it.
