The only thing that is showing on my TV is a black screen with a message in the upper left hand corner that reads HDM1 and then a line underneath it with a green dot that states Sports Mode Deactivated.
Is this affecting my ability to access any channels?
How do I correct this/
The TV was working this afternoon so it is weird. And the TV is pretty new about a year.
Make sure your on the right input. See if the hdmi from the box is plugged into the hdmi1 input on your tv. If not try hitting the “source” or “input” button on your tv remote until you see a picture. What box do you have? Is there a display like a clock?
