TV turned Green. Direct connection to Verizon Cable Box. Changed HDMI cable, port same result

I have tried watching DVD with the TV, works fine. Switched HDMI port to the Verizon HDMI works fine.

Connect Verizon Fios box to TV and it turns green, like full green screen. This is my 2nd month with Verizon service.

I had verizon two years ago and it was fine at that time. This box has issues. Please resolve asap
