I have the Ultimate TV Package and the Volume on every channel i'm watching will cut off every 1 to 2 minutes then resume again. FYI: I'm paying $250.00 a month for the Ultimate Package, Phone and internet. Can we get this issue fixed A.S.A.P......Thanks Jerry
If so, have you checked the connection at your main splitter to make sure everything is tight?
Also check the connection a the ONT.

Yes everything is tight and i also unplugged each STB and reconnected them and it still continues to have a volume issue, The picture does'nt freeze it's still moving when this happens just the sound will freeze for a second or two.
