Just received service installation today and wanted to test out the Remote DVR capability, but can't perform any functions that require login. Anyone else experiencing login issue? The installer was great, but had no experience with this application.
I get the following response from the FIOS TV Central website after attempting to login...
"You need to be a FiOS TV subscriber to access this site.
Click here if we got it wrong!"
Thanks!

Thanks all for the responses! I was able to login today and see that my equipment was there. I guess I just needed to wait a day as suggested. The website appears to have functions that I am unable to get to work, like the add programming buttons under "My Programming" tab. I also am not seeing the "Remote DVR" function described yet. Has anyone been able to use this in the northern VA area? I am hoping that this becomes available soon so that I can manage DVR recording from the computer rather than the DVR STB itself.

It took about one day before I was able to login after receiving new service on Monday.

I was not able to log in with my verizon.net account. I was told some accounts have that issue. But you are able to create a verizon.com account . You just need your .com account number, and that's not the same as you .net account number. Verizon's account setups/support are the most jacked up thing I have ever seen. But what ever they have good TV and nothing can come close to my 20/5 internet.
