Unable to redeem Amazon Holiday Bonus

Good morning.

I click on the "Let's go" and there is no link once it takes you to the landing page.

Have called multiple times to speak to your reps...nothing

tried it on the app and website

even had them resend in case it was a bad link.

Paying enough for cable and internet that a year of prime and an echo is a nice bonus that I don't want to miss out on because of a bad link.

Please help or just force redeem for me so that I do not miss out.

Pretty frustrating.
