USB port on cisco box

I have the cisco CHS335HDC verizon box .It has a usb port on the front .Is it possible to connect laptop to this to watch movies that are downloaded on laptop . Could you also watch them thru the dvd player in laptop

AFAIK none of the VZ boxes (Moto or Cisco) support the USB port.  I know for certain that the Moto boxes don't and if anyone knows different regarding the Cisco boxes please feel free to correct my statement.
