Verizon media manager crashes

The Verizon Media Manager keeps crashing Immediately after I open it on my iPad. I just switched to Verizon from Time Warner and have not been able to use any of the Verizon features that I had on Time Warner. I have an iPad 2 running iOS 5.1 Please help.

Sorry to hear about the iPad problems. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?
