Cablevision has thus far refused to sell MSG-HD to Verizon. Verizon has filed a complaint with the FCC, but nothing has come of that. Cablevision believes that customers will stick with them for MSG-HD.
Long story short, Verizon wants to offer MSG-HD but the owner refuses to sell them the channel.

WAS PROMISED BY THE SALES REP ON THE PHONE!! I DID CHECK THE WEBSITE AND I DIDNT SEE IT ON THE CHANNEL LISTING SO I CALLED TO FIND OUT MORE AND THE GIRL SAID THEY DID HAVE MSG, MSG2, MSG+ AND MSG+2 ALL IN HD BUT IT WASNT UPDATED YET ON THE WEBSITE AND WAS EVEN GIVEN A CONFORMATION NUMBER WITH A NOTE ATTACHED TO IT STATING THERE WERE ALL THOSE CHANNELS IN HD. SO IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR.
THEY DID REALIZE THEY SCREWED UP AND GAVE WRONG INFO AFTER THE FACT IT WAS ALL INSTALED AND DID GIVE A CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT BUT STILL NOT WORTH IT AND IT IS TO MUCH TROUBLE TO SWITCH BACK TO TIMEWARNER CABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
