I watched both iron man 3 and plans using starz on demand and my tv is turned on with the 3d settings but when watching the movies the screen cuts in half either you can pick horizontal pictures of the same movie or vertical how do I get the 3D movie to work and show me full picture?

That is how 3d works, make sure you have the feature on in the tv as well as the stb.

What type of TV do you have?
Have you tried both horizontal and vertical split?
Does TV have 3d options?

That is exactly how 3D is supposed to work, what kind of glasses do you have? Are the settings on your tv correct? (is your tv a 3D capable tv?) If you try to watch a 3D movie but your tv is NOT 3D compatable then you will get duel screens.

In most cases you need to make sure its set to 1080I side by side. I believe all the movie channels use that format. Some TV's had trouble with ESPN which use 720P top bottom. SOme sets accept the non-standard 1080i top bottom and 720p side by side, but others reject them as 3d and instead show the picture as two images.
