This happens everytime I try to watch a live or recorded channel on my ipad. It does not happen on my android phone. Also it happens only when I am away from home. I tried to uninstall reinstall. I know that in order to watch selected channels away from home I have to use the application while I am at home first. There have been times in the past when it was working fine. Is there a solution for it? Thank you.
