What would cause my MRDVR to reboot every 24 hours?

Reboots exactly 24 hours, to the minute, from the last time it rebooted. Too precise to be a bad box. Sleep timer is set to never.

Have you tried the in home agent to rest MRDVR?

Many times. It then reboots itself exactly 24 hours later.
