$200 a month no HBO or Cinemax channels...

To me it seems to be a lot a money to pay $200 a month and not have HBO or Cinamax, is that normal??  My wife has been looking at Comcast, there packages include the movie channels and seem to be close to the same price.  We are not under any contract it might be time to switch.  Any thoughts??

You didn't specify what else you have.  $200 sounds high for triple play alone.

Sorry here are more details: Freedom Essentials, Fios 20/5 internet, Fios TV Extreme, Multi room DVR + 2 other boxes...

Sounds high.  I have ultimate, 35/35, verizon essentials, a DVR and 2 HD stb, and with taxes its about $180.

Just call and ask them how you can save money. Tell them if you dont get a good deal you may switch to comcast.

My friend said he always calls up two months before his deal expires and always get anohter deal to stay.

Comcast is a ripoff, I have that now and     am switching. I pay for no movies channels and internet (no phone) and I am paying 180 per month.  That is for HD, DVr with the sports pacakage, and just internet.  You dont want comcast.  Their picture is terrible
