Abominable customer service

My installation appointment for ultimate everything and 10 TV's was set for 1/17/13 8-5  I had my own AV people at the house to work with Verizon to help integrate everything, yet Verizon never showed. We were on the phone for more than 2 hours trying to find the service crew (we were told they were on their way) and they never showed. On the 18th, I called various numbers including the dispatch numbers I was given  {edited for privacy} and {edited for privacy}, but the dispatch people just hung up on me (4 times). Now I see that My installation appointment has just arbitrarily been rescheduled for February 6, 2013.  NO ONE TO TALK TO AND NO ONE WHO CAN HELP EVEN WHEN ONE FINALLY DOES GET A HUMAN!!

Since we haven't heard back from you or have received a form submission as requested in your private support case, it appears assistance is no longer required. If you need any future help with your Verizon service, please make a post here on the forums so we can assist.
