Another unable to redeem gift card

I received the email for the promo gift card. It took me to login an click on the gift card tile. Empty link. Will not load. Multiple calls in but no one can help. Provided me with alternate phone numbers that lead no where. Tried different computers and different browsers even the app. Any ideas?
